In my role, I am responsible for writing content for and designing the weekly internal newsletter; writing scripts for video, as well as shooting and editing videos; photography; producing internal communications for numerous initiatives and projects; developing branding and toolkits; assisting with media interviews; developing internal and external communication strategies; creating content, editing and designing special reports, documents, magazines, etc.; assisting with social media content; managing editorial calendars; scheduling media events; attending and reporting on leadership meetings; reviewing materials and documents for brand accuracy and design standards; creating news releases; updating internal websites; creating press kits; using metrics to measure and evaluate effectiveness of communications; collaborating with the corporate communications team; developing crisis communications and planning; and more.
