  • Assist with check-out to ensure that members schedule follow-up appointments, provide after-visit summaries, and members' back-to-school/work notes. Enter members who do not appear on the no-show/cancellation list. Work the no-show/cancellation list to ensure members are rescheduled daily. Review and manage Tickler Appointments to be scheduled in Athena. Assist members with walk-in requests, such as faxing vaccine records to schools and doctors' offices. Assist vendors entering the building for deliveries and new business prospects.
  • Review, address, and close items in individual inboxes and tasks from providers within SLA timeframes assigned to each task. Expectation is 0 overdue tasks. Ensure PHI is secured properly, check all printers, scanners, and countertops.
  • Update the Axle schedule, adding and/or deleting member information for quick access to the Providers' schedule.
  • Coordinate office staff celebrations and quarterly events.
