Projects
Tropical Birds-Laramie WY, This was a university independent study with birds. We examined how birds migrate during and after summer. We collected their behavior, their food intake, and waste products. Another project is DNA Amplification and Modifications- Laramie WY, This study was done at the University of Wyoming alongside Dr. Grant. I worked primarily dealing with how bacteria and virology divide through binary fusion and their multiple copies. Through this, we tracked down resistance patterns through gel electrophoresis. My accomplishment was working alongside other lab assistants as an undergrad. Working for the Microbiology division as a lab assistant allowed me to problem solve, work with PCR DNA Amplifications, gel electrophoresis, and tracking down cell division with microscopes. And super computers.
