Founding member of the Lyft Business team, responsible for establishing multiple lines of business in healthcare and corporate travel. This team exceeded a $1 billion annual run rate within five years and played a pivotal role in Lyft's IPO narrative in 2020. Most recently, led partnerships at Origin Protocol for its NFT platform (Story) and its liquid staking token (OETH). Our team successfully increased Total Value Locked (TVL) from $58 million to an all-time high of $180 million within just six months of launch.

  • Launched and managed partnerships to increase adoption for our liquid staking token (OETH). We were able to grow from $58m to $180m in TVL (ATH) within 6 months.
  • Drove negotiations with with various oracle providers including Pyth, Redstone, and Chainlink
  • Led partnership discussion with Chainlink and secured a price feed for OETH (LST Aggregator)
  • Secured OETH listings on multiple major exchanges including MEXC and HTC
  • Worked on GTM for PrimeStaked (Restaking token) which grew to $19m in TVL within 3 months (Q1'24) of launching
  • Build and launched a pipeline of lending protocols to integrate OETH as collateral including Yearn, Miso, Tai, and Davos.
  • Spearheaded discovery for L2 expansion (OETH); built relationships with BD leadership at notable chains including Arb, OP, and Polygon with the goal of securing funding, eng / ops support, marketing budget, and other resources. OETH is has since expanded to Arb.

  • Secured funding and exec support for a Lyft Business team in NYC. Led recruiting for various satellite groups across CS, Sales, and BD.
  • Transitioned into an Emerging BD leadership role to explore new use cases across delivery (food, rx), driver tasks (insurance, claims), and travel management (TMCs)
  • Hired and trained a team of 6 BD Managers and Strategic Partner Managers to focus on emerging channels.
  • Built our channel program focused on Travel Management Companies to expand our corporate travel footprint. This led to integrations and commercial agreements with the top tier of TMCs including AMEX GBT, Egencia, CWT, and Concur.
  • In response to Covid, my team created our food delivery program in response to COVID crashing our traditional rideshare business.
  • During Covid, we leveraged Lyft Concierge to get 60M+ users to and from their vaccination appointments.
  • Worked with various CPG companies, Food & Grocery Marketplaces and 3PLs to establish a new delivery business. Scaled from 0 to 10K weekly deliveries
  • Led our Auto Aftermarket Parts Delivery program, created our Field Services Program by partnering with National P&C Insurance Companies and Third Party Adjusters.

  • Co-Founded the Lyft Enterprise Division (now known as Lyft Business).
  • Partnered with sales leadership to close and launch our first set of large-scale enterprise partnerships within Corporate Travel (Apple, IBM, Deloitte) and Healthcare (Logisticare, Ascension, Anthem)
  • Secured budget to expand our Lyft Healthcare and Corp Travel groups. Led all of the hiring for direct and indirect groups within CS, Sales, Management, Support, Marketing, and Legal. This expanded headcount from 25 to 75 within a year.
  • Gained approval from Lyft C-Suite to hire a seasoned CRO that can help us scale the enterprise group. Led the 9-month recruiting effort to hire and eventually onboard the CRO. He became a crucial partner for me helping to grow the team into an integral part of the larger Lyft org.
  • Led the development of our first Web Dispatch App (“Lyft Concierge”) to support our healthcare transportation partners. Since its inception in 2017, Lyft Concierge has led to a total of millions of rides and $1B+ in top line revenue. To date, it is still the highest margin product segment.
  • Established our first partnership agreements for Expense Management leading to integrations with Expensify and Concur. Led to the development of our “Business Profiles” product which millions of riders use on a monthly basis.

Enterprise Team Lead

  • Partnered with John Zimmer (Co-Founder) to explore an MVP for an enterprise product offering.
  • Led investigation into several use cases including employee perks, corporate travel, and non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT)
  • Recruited dozens of internal teammates to become part time sales reps and account managers while maintaining their existing roles. Within 10 months, I was able to transition the group into full time roles.
  • Grew a 1-person team with no revenue to a 25-person team, bringing in $50M in revenue and 2.5M rides within two years.
  • Worked with multiple x-functional across Support, Operations, and Marketing to develop the infrastructure for our initial enterprise partners (partner templates, onboarding playbooks, sales process, support planning, etc.)
  • Spearheaded the creation of our first partner agreements with our Head of Legal. This allowed us to quickly close pilot partners which led to larger commercial agreements with dozens of companies including Airbnb, Stripe, and Twitter.
  • Developed transportation solutions for 50+ healthcare and transit partners.

  • Created our Lyft College Ambassador Program. At its peak, this program led to 100k net new passengers and 10k rides/wk.
