- Manages cross-functional team of 3 teaching assistants, conducting performance evaluations & implementing corrective action plans, when needed.
- Conducts performance gap analysis using formative assessments to identify, prioritize & address performance issues.
- Developed AP Calculus BC curriculum that resulted approximately 96% of students passing the Advanced Placement exam in comparison to 80% passing rates statewide & globally.
- During remote and hybrid instruction, quickly recognized the challenge and need to better reach student stakeholders. Responded by collecting and analyzing data prioritizing EdTech resources that would allow for the greatest visibility of mathematical step-by-step problem-solving in real time. Quickly pivoted to learn new EdTech tools that would most effectively meet the needs of stakeholders, including learning new CL (computational layer) coding in programs such as Desmos.
- Led training for >23 educators on educational technology topics to increase productivity.
- Designed training resources to enhance performance using EdTech tools such as: Google Forms, Slides, Jamboards, Formative, & PearDeck.
- Worked alongside administrators to develop new Calculus 3 course and selected curriculum to fill course gaps for students pursuing degrees in STEM.
- Created curricula, research topics and conceptualized course format, subject matter and presentation.
- Organized, scheduled and facilitated 3 - 4 week long courses based upon need.
- Tracked student progress, frequently checking in with struggling students and identifying root causes of problems.
