- I graduated from the ROSS Program in November 2018. The program consisted of learning and being utilized as a vacation relief supervisor. I have worked in all the rail supervisor positions. Those positions include. Rail Station Office Supervisor, Field Operations Supervisor, Train Control Center Supervisor, and Rail Training Supervisor. I maintained those vacation relief supervisor positions from November 2018 until August 2023, when I accepted the full-time Rail Training Supervisor position.
- As a vacation relief field supervisor, my job was to follow all company rules and regulations regarding the operation of trains in a safe manner.
- Provided customer service by answering questions about routes and schedules.
- While working as a Field Supervisor, my assignment was to respond quickly to unexpected situations while en route, such as incidents, accidents, train delays, medical emergencies, and to operate the train if necessary.
- As a vacation relief station office supervisor, my job was to make sure the operators reported on time, received their LRV's, handheld radios, and all assignments to do their job accurately and safely.
- As a vacation relief train control center supervisor, my job was to supervise and control train and streetcar movement along the alignment.
- As a temporary vacation relief training supervisor, my job was to train new hire operators, retrain and recertify operators, and maintenance personnel on safe operations along the alignment. Teach all safety rules for the safe operations on the main line.
