Maintain a safe, well-functioning hotel property and grounds while delivering consistently positive experiences for both guests and team members. Perform preventive maintenance and repairs across all areas, including plumbing, electrical systems, refrigeration, kitchen equipment, light carpentry, painting, and HVAC. Self-motivated, organized, and possessed strong technical expertise in all aspects of hotel maintenance. This includes the ability to train entry-level technicians, as well as knowledge of water chemistry, testing, filtration, and mechanical systems. Experience creating and managing safety and compliance programs, flexibility to respond to emergency repair situations when needed. along with working knowledge of general building maintenance, including basic electrical and plumbing repairs. Develop, implement, and oversee programs that promote a safe work environment and ensure compliance with applicable regulations, including ergonomics, emergency response, and injury prevention. Keep accurate records and documentation, and provide ongoing training and guidance to Maintenance Tech I staff. Partner with management to support hiring, interviewing, and scheduling based on departmental needs. Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal).

Install, balance, rotate, and repair tires and wheels for passenger vehicles and light trucks. Deliver friendly, attentive customer service and assist clients with their needs. Follow established safety procedures, keep the work area clean and organized, and build skills through hands-on training. Perform effectively in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
