Work History

Tesla

Cyber Truck Lead
10.2023 - Current

From getting promoted from a production associate to a lead for chassis 1 on cybertruck line, iv learn how to understand how to be patience and how to collectively work together as a team. I also work with engineer techs and maintenance to insure that the line continues to move with efficiency and also maintaining good quality builds. i handle roof glass, building the windshields, backlite relabeling; i can manually urethane all 3 glasses and deck to the truck to spec and get it pass and approved. i also moved glass after its been installed onto the truck since the robot isn't perfect i have to manipulate the glass and push and pull to get it into spec and passed by quality. i have taught quality how to do EOL windshield, roofglass and backlite replacements as sometimes they do bring a truck over that needs to be replaced if it gets damaged down the line. I work with quality team, SQI,SQE,techs to make sure my station is approved and in spec to eliminate downtime and to push out good quality trucks. I manually pick up roof glass and backlite and install them to the dunnage so the robot can successfully pick and deck glass onto the truck. Chassis 1 also has station so secure the battery to the frame to the truck, i learned all of this during LV line, i shoot side sills, toe boards, interior and casting shots on LH and RH. i remember all torch numbers and if theres a issue with the shot going in i know who to escalate it to with no hesitation. Im also being crossed trained on other lines voluntarily so i can grow not at just my line but at entire process of the truck build, i work with maintenance on controls what to do if they need the extra hand. im motivited to learn anything and everything i can do while making sure its good quality and installing correctly. Iv worked with EOL and inline at times just to learn something new everyday, im highly motivated everyday to come into work with a positive attitude and to motivate the people around me

Production Associate

Tesla
02.2023 - 10.2023
  • I start off as one of the first 12 Cybertruck on CH1 associates, i build a connection with my co workers the moment we started together as a team and i`m a very well rounded person to get along and work with
  • I also assisted on Process Engineering, Quality Engineering and Mechanical Engineering on a day to day function
  • Another thing i learned is assisted on EOL in major repairs needed for Cybertrucks that i was tought and kept with me as a learning experience
  • Helped launch Tesla`s Cybertruck and has assisted and lead in production of RC builds, asked questions when needed and understood the assessment
  • In Model Y i started off at mirage/Chassis and learned my way around mirage to know every spot on the AGV and if there was a repair or a bolt that need to be switched out or re-shoot i would do it without hesitation to help out the leads and keep the line moving
  • Once i got that down i switched over to learning more of chassis such as underbody, CP-90 and CH-10
  • I learned all shots that need to be taken and if there was a repair i would asked leads permission to learn how to do it and repair shots and/or shoot the shot that was either red/purple with a lead with me
  • I volunteered to learn more on model Y and when i transferred to Cybertruck my motivation, my drive to learn and elevate myself to do and be the best version of myself is at a all time high; im motivated every day to do more and learn more.
