• After the QuarterNorth sell off they were not keeping company leads so I went to work on EI 346 for contract company Island Operating who I had worked for before getting hired on by Apache in 2010.
• I was offered the Lead position later on Loop 59 where I am over the upkeep and inspections weekly, monthly and Annual inspection by 3rd party. Organizing logistics air and sea for 45-55 platforms daily. I also perform pre-R&M inspections for well work or maintenance.

• Offshore Platform Supervisor with Ultimate Work Authority. Overall management of the offshore facility activities with lead roles in all QHSE matters, ensure maintenance of equipment, efficient day-to-day production operations, and maintaining good operational relationship with 3rd party personnel. Responsible for the safety of personnel, safe working practices and general safety culture on the platform. Mentor personnel on building a strong safety culture on the platform. Create specific QHSE Plans with participation of the facility personnel and the Production Manager. Request the resources from management for implementing QHSE initiatives. Be a main player in incident analysis and implementation of corrective actions to improve HSE performance. Maintaining the facilities upkeep, regulatory and compliance issues ISPS, ISM, Safety and Manning. Responsible for ensuring Emergency Response Plans are up to date. Ensuring regular emergency drills are conducted and the results are satisfactory. In overall command of the installation is emergency situations. To co-ordinate activity with other members of the Company in a mutually helpful way. Strictly adhere to the principle of trust, integrity and confidentiality. Perform any other tasks assigned related to the job from time to time.

• Overseeing all production operations, testing, compliance, regulatory and record keeping. "A" certified crane operator. Completed maintenance and PMs on crane engines, hydraulics, platform gas and diesel generators, water makers and slick line operations.

Operated 15 ton to 65 ton cranes installing billboard signs. Welding base tubes for structures. Maintained all equipment . Grove, P&H, Lieberr, and Altec cranes. Detroit, Cat, Cummings, Waukesha and White engine experience.
