• Supervise 200+ drivers and create the schedule for the week.
• Train new hires both driver position and supervisor position
• Communicate with dispatch and stage vehicles throughout the city
• Administer drug tests
• Conduct interviews complete I9 and hire
• Manage fleet of 80 vehicles and service agents
• Train service agents on cleaning vehicles
• Provide customer service in office and on road
• handle on road service issues exp. Tow or blow outs.
Also responsible to walk vehicles for safety inspections and maintenance.
