Our team success in the 2023-24 season led to my selection as the Boys Basketball Coach of the Year by the Journal Gazette Newspaper as well as Outside the Huddle. I was selected as the conference coach of the year in addition to being selected as the coach of the year for Northeast Indiana by both publications. As a team we won our conference that year. We also won a sectional and regional championship, we also went to the states final four.
