- My objective as an Exhaust Mechanic was to diagnose complications in the exhaust system of a vehicle
- After diagnosing, I would proceed with the repair by replacing damaged pipe, mufflers, and other exhaust components that would create an exhaust system
- Once everything is put together, I would then unite said parts by welding everything together
- For these repairs, MIG welding would be used
- Analyze and determine the best exhaust system for each individual vehicle, taking into consideration factors such as performance, sound, and emissions
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and emissions standards in all exhaust system repairs
- Perform regular maintenance on exhaust systems to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
