  • Curated and facilitated first SF department racial equity training for 200+ staff, focused on intersectional justice. Improved staff fluency on systemic racism and its impact on unhoused people by 75%.
  • Initiated first BIPOC Equity Fund for community-based organizations to provide capacity building and technical assistance so organizations can better serve their unhoused clients. Awarded $900,000 in funding and an additional 300,000 in future years.
  • Piloted emerging leader program for QBIPOC staff to improve promotional pathways and retention within the organization, increasing promotional opportunities for marginalized communities by 15%.
  • Co-Led End Trans Homelessness initiative, an interdepartmental initiative to support Community-Based organizations and those with lived expertise to end Trans and Gender Non-Conforming Homelessness by 2027.
