- Curated and facilitated first SF department racial equity training for 200+ staff, focused on intersectional justice. Improved staff fluency on systemic racism and its impact on unhoused people by 75%.
- Initiated first BIPOC Equity Fund for community-based organizations to provide capacity building and technical assistance so organizations can better serve their unhoused clients. Awarded $900,000 in funding and an additional 300,000 in future years.
- Piloted emerging leader program for QBIPOC staff to improve promotional pathways and retention within the organization, increasing promotional opportunities for marginalized communities by 15%.
- Co-Led End Trans Homelessness initiative, an interdepartmental initiative to support Community-Based organizations and those with lived expertise to end Trans and Gender Non-Conforming Homelessness by 2027.
- Advised and embedded racial equity into Mayor Breed’s strategic plan Home By The Bay, to reduce homelessness in SF by 50% in five years, ensuring we set metrics to mitigate homelessness for marginalized communities.

- Served as lead advisor for the Office Of Racial Equity's citywide racial equity learning modules to align city's response in training city employees across all city departments totaling 30,000 employees.
- Established the Equity Office and HR collaborative to embed equity in HRs protocols to support conflict resolution, supervisory trainings, staff listening sessions involving implicit bias, staff retention, hiring, and a 360 feedback loop for foundational staff and leadership.
