• Proficient in initiating Payment and Credit/Debit Card transactions to generate customer’s Insights based on financial transactions.

• Liaise with Front Office, Legal Team, IT Team and Transformation Team to understand the Private Bank and Global Bank regulatory requirements for MiFID II.

• Work closely with all Front Office, Back Office and Technical colleagues to identify and change current AS-IS process into the required TO-BE regulatory MiFID II changes.

Ring Fencing Project (Regulatory)

• Responsibilities include Test Preparation for E2E Retail payment process and underlying systems for the following payment types: Faster Payment, High Value Payments, CHAPS via the Internet Banking channels.
• Perform test execution using Business and Customer Internet Banking channels for FTS, Chaps and BACS payments.
• Test scenarios included Account Limits, Same-Day and Pending and Future payments,
• Track payments message via swift message MT103 using downstream system message queues and message ACK status via Swift Alliance and Swift Gateway.
• Responsible for test planning, test case development, test execution and defect management.
• Provide support to other teams as an SME when payment transactions are required to test swift messaging and downstream systems [FPS, GMG, RPS or GPS].
• Track and manage progress for test execution and defects for the weekly Ring Fenced programme meetings.
