Responsible for the day to day operations of Pershing Institutional Clients and maintain relationships with Sponsor Firms, Money Managers, Registered Investment Advisors and Broker Dealers.


Lead Service Desk Rep for large institutional clients with over 500,000 accounts and over $100 billion in assets. i.e. JP Morgan, Citi Bank


Ensure the completion of the New Account Process by providing support for multi-custodial platforms and multiple registration types.


Resolve client issues in a timely manner via email or telephone and process daily transactions such as asset movements, proposal creation and portfolio rebalancing.


Thorough understanding of investment products including. SMA, UMA, Mutual Fund Wrap, 401k and 529 plans


Coordinate and conduct weekly client conference calls with clients to discuss and resolve any ongoing issues.


Create and distribute desktop procedures for our team to be used during the day to day activities that are needed to resolve client issues.


Point person for submitting, tracking and ultimately resolution of all technology tickets that were submitted by my teammates.
