Term 1 basic - learned the basics of becoming an electrician.learned mathematical equations like ohms law , figured out equations involving parallel circuits and series circuits.
Term 2 [residential wiring ] - Hands on training learning how to wire residential services while keeping it according to the National electrical code . Mastered the understanding of 3 way 4 way switching . Learned the uses of GFCI’S and how to wire them. Preformed projects such as wiring a kitchen , hallway , bathroom according to code .Learned proper grounding and bounding , box fill , proper securement , and many more key functions. Most importantly taught the importance of the national electric code and how to navigate it to wire according to it.
Term 3 [commercial term ] - continuation of both terms While still reading and using the national electric code to perform applications in a comercial atmosphere such as main services ,switchboards , commercial luminaries , learning of raceways , feeders and many more.
