  • As a customer care representative my active duties are Pre walking homes making a punch list for the construction manager prior to the New Home Orientation making sure the homes are ready to walk and look amazing for the new home buyer. I also conduct Walk throughs with the homeowners explain the warranty and operations of the home and appliances and maintenance. Also taking care of multiple communities with numerous of cases submitted by the homeowner under warranty and making sure repairs are scheduled accordingly, Following up with trades and homeowner while updating the system and sending reports in making sure every home has accurate information. Maintaining positive relationships with the homeowners and keeping them updated while the work order is open eve after making them priority is number 1. Making sure the trades are doing the repairs in a timely manner with a productive performance making sure they show up to appointments on schedule.
