  • Recruited back to Adams Outdoor as General Manager of PA in 2011. Grew top line revenue from $11 million in 2011 to $21.6 million in 2023 while growing Operating profit consistently between 59% with high of 62%
  • Developed yearly budgets, RTA's and AE budgets in alignment with market and company goals and trends
  • Hired and trained all sales managers, digital strategist, sales support.
  • over see all operations, Real Estate and accounting departments in addition to sales.

  • Managed all outdoor assest and metro train station advertising sales on trains, platforms and stations like Citicorp center, Oglivie, Salle and Union Station. revenues were 9 million on that product
  • Developed overall marketing strategy and support implementation across four departments
  • Help lead the Chicago market launch first digital display in 2008 and added 51 others in fours years as VP of Sales. Grew digital revenues and OP with this launch. Digital sales at the time of my departure were 5.7 million growing on average 12% per year
