While on a tank crew, I learned the value of teamwork and trust.
While serving I also served as the Training Room NCOIC where I signed and maintained over 11 million dollars worth of military property. On the paperwork side, I was in charge of making sure that all paperwork was done accurately according to the regulations and submitted to the chain of command promptly with no grammatical errors. There was also the managing of new incoming personnel, making sure they were welcomed into the company and making sure they were integrated into their platoons, as well as the computer systems.
