As a Point of Contact (POC) in lower management, I work under general supervision, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and according to customer specifications. My role involves coordinating with team members to organize and execute tasks that require collaboration, utilizing both manual and automated lifting devices while adhering to safety standards.

• Assembling finished units per customer specifications.

• Assist team in electrical builds of customer products
• Analyze wiring schematics and diagrams, particularly point-to-point wiring crimping, pulling, terminating, and installing electrical harnesses and sub-assemblies
• Perform electrical assembly, panel wiring
• Work under close supervision with output monitored frequently
• Work within a stationary cell unit, wiring different sections per client specifications using point-to-point schematics for the wiring.
• Interpreted schematics, drawings and blueprints to assemble and install electrical wiring, cabling and electrical components.
• Analyzed product descriptions, dimensions and clearances of parts for conformance to OEM specifications.
• Enhanced product quality through strict adherence to standard operating procedures during assembly tasks.

• Performed visual and dimensional inspections of components, assemblies, and products to ensure compliance with customer specifications
• Evaluated product performance by conducting tests such as functional testing, stress testing, and burn-in testing.
