I served in the United States Army Infantry for a four-year term. I was stationed overseas for 12 months where I excelled at my job. I received numerous awards for my commitment while stationed at the DMZ in South Korea. I was tasked with extra duties that required the highest of safety clearances.
After my time in the military, I trained in the flooring and interior remodeling field. I felt intrigued and rewarded by the before and after transformations. A vast amount of safety and knowledge was gained with residential and commercial applications.
Following pursuing a Business Management degree, I applied with West Penn Power for a position as a Meter Reader. After working at several West Penn Power Service Centers, I was awarded the opportunity to become a Substation Electrician. I was able to obtain the knowledge to become a mechanically-inclined Construction Substation Electrician with 4.5 years of experience.
I am a very hardworking and passionate job seeker with strong organizational skills relating to the operations position. I am ready to help the team achieve company goals while keeping safety a top priority.
