As a Records & Information Governance Specialist I assist with and execute projects relating to the Firm’s data Physical and Electronic. Assist with developing, implementing, and maintaining systems for the creation, maintenance, and disposition of records
Record keeping, entering data, filing, proofreading, and scanning data and file names in database to support file reports and inventory
Process incoming requests and by working with team members to identify material and creating barcodes to file appropriately
Work with vendors for shredding and storage of files
