Twelve years experience in asphalt emulsion manufacturing with increasing levels of responsibility. Production experience includes: production supervision, inventory control, quality control, research and development, dispatching and customer service. Mechanical experience includes: preventive maintenance and repairs, facility construction and remodeling. Four years of management experience including: budgeting, cost benefit analysis, employee supervision, training and implementation of safety and environmental programs.

EQUIPMENT EXPERIENCE

  • Hot oil heaters, steam boilers and distribution systems for maintaining product and equipment temperature.
  • Full-scale and pilot milling equipment for asphalt emulsification, quality control and research and development.
  • Pumps (centrifugal, gear, diaphragm and screw), motors and air compressors for product conveyance.
  • Hazardous chemical storage and distribution systems, including emergency spill response equipment and supplies.
  • Forklift, backhoe, man-lift, scissor-lift, dump truck and transport truck.
