  • Expanded regional operations foot print by 1.4 MM sq/ft by opening four additional locations in the region, providing up to 210K additional daily capacity.
  • Led the Lauderdale sub region through 2023 and saw the region out perform all others in the state of FL and beyond. The region led in many KPIs compared to 44 sub regions and achieved five top five finishes in the WW scorecard which looks at safety, quality, productivity, and culture.
  • Launched a new operations facility and achieved #1 ranking based on scorecard performance amongst other new launch sites. Exceeded benchmarks on numerous KPIs.
  • Streamlined operations by decommissioning two ageing buildings, total project ROI of ~$18MM
  • Led all exempt and non-exempt headcount reallocation, minimizing attrition through the transition
  • Roadmapped and executed parcel redistribution project to existing sites in the region, resulting in zero lost capacity across 133 zip codes.
