- Started as general production operator at Jeep (North cove)
- 2002-2006 I was a Team leader on 2nd shift (JK) Chassis
- 2006-2009 I was backup Team leader on 1st shift (JT) Trim
- 2010-2012 I was the FPS (Focused Problem Solving) Union lead for JT. This position had me training and helping TL's with the application of the new to us WCM within their teams.
- 2013-2014 I was on the launch team for Cherokee. I was also the Team leader for the new Front suspension area. Our team was a model area for WO and AM.
- 2014-2016 I was the AM union mentor for all of TCF. These duties had me working with TL's on the application of AM processes within their areas. This included all interaction with operator and TL's with machines in their work areas.
- 2017-2021 I was the Union MLM launch lead. These activities involved working with union and management to set up delivery routes for material. Inventory pilot material and deal with old inventory. Also included was the job station readiness setup for the interaction with production and MLM. I also worked on in the process center to help with proto type builds.
- 2021-current. I am a team member on team 2 in body shop.
- I also serve as a back-up union steward and have served as strike captain.
- I have attended many WCM classes at the joint training center over the years. I am certified in AM 100-300, WO 100-300, MLM 5T. I have also been a team leader trainer in Kaizen, suggestion and s5T processes.
