Management of corporate operations for large commercial concrete contractor.

• Supervision of over 300 full time employees
• Oversee 14 large commercial projects simultaneously
• Manage the placement of approximately 90,000CY of concrete per year
• Direct the construction of approximately 3 Million Sq/ft of superstructure per year
• Organize the in house fleet of over 50 pieces of equipment including concrete pumps, cranes, trucks, forklifts, heavy equipment, etc.
• Manage the implementation of the corporate website
• Assist the insurance department with key policy requirements and OCIP/CCIP administration
• Support accounts receivable with tracking and organizing
• Work directly with the corporate safety director and work to implement the safety policy
• Support the estimating department and assist the in house engineering department
• Coordinate with the purchasing department for large capital investments

• Led the project management team, new construction multi-family project over 700,000 sq/ft valued at $170MM.
• Participated in formulating GMP proposals for large projects, including value engineering
• Organized project sites with successful safety protocols and accounting procedures.
• Directed numerous new construction projects for complete general construction including several for national public clients such as JP Morgan, JCPenney, and Vornado.
• Acted as dual role, Project Superintendent and Project Manager, for select highly complex technical construction sites, include an infrastructure rebuild in lower Manhattan due to SuperStorm Sandy.
