Control exports in accordance with applicable U.S. laws and regulations, including EAR and ITAR-controlled products. Apply for and manage export licenses within the D-TRADE and SNAP-R systems. Provide compliance training to employees throughout the organization. Interface with U.S. government agencies on licensing and trade-related matters.
Duties for Director of Quality include serving as company QMS Management Representative, oversight of company Quality Management System, ensuring compliance to the AS9120A standard. Plan, lead and conduct internal audits of the QMS. Provide training of AS9120 concepts to employees. Plan and conduct Quarterly Management Reviews. Provide direction and guidance to the Quality Manager in charge of inspection and document control. Interface with customer and suppliers to resolve conflicts between delivered product and established requirements. Conduct on-site audits. Lead cross-functional teams in root cause analysis and corrective action investigations.
