As Executive Vice President, I maintained existing oversight responsibilities for the Operations, Quality, and Compliance functions, with a focus on top-level company guidance, management, and direction. Along with VP of Business Development and CFO, was part of the Executive Management team responsible for overall health and success of the Company. Continued to train and promote compliance concepts and methodologies to company employees. Continued my role serving as Director on the Board of Directors for the Company.

As Vice President, I continued my role and responsibility for the Operations, Quality, and Compliance functions of the organization.

As an Empowered Official and head of the Trade Compliance function, I oversaw the company's compliance program, including the training of employees company-wide on relevant export compliance issues. Responsible for all licensing activities and coordinating with BIS and DDTC licensing divisions to resolve any license application issues. Responsible for the classification of both CCL and USML items.

Lead the Operations team to ensure control and traceability of all incoming products, including the identification of export-controlled items. Ensured on-time delivery to the customer overseas.

As head of Quality, I continued to maintain the company's AS9120 Quality Management System, including the coordination of internal and external audit activities. Served as a liaison between the customer and the supplier to help resolve any quality-related issues.

Continued serving role as Director on the Board of Directors.

Responsible for leading the Quality and Trade Compliance organizations.

Duties for the Director of Compliance include oversight of the company's export compliance program. Control exports in accordance with applicable U.S. laws and regulations, including EAR and ITAR-controlled products. Apply for and manage export licenses within the D-TRADE and SNAP-R systems. Provide compliance training to employees throughout the organization. Interface with U.S. government agencies on licensing and trade-related matters.

Duties for Director of Quality include serving as company QMS Management Representative, oversight of company Quality Management System, ensuring compliance to the AS9120A standard. Plan, lead and conduct internal audits of the QMS. Provide training of AS9120 concepts to employees. Plan and conduct Quarterly Management Reviews. Provide direction and guidance to the Quality Manager in charge of inspection and document control. Interface with customer and suppliers to resolve conflicts between delivered product and established requirements. Conduct on-site audits. Lead cross-functional teams in root cause analysis and corrective action investigations.
