As an Airbnb Host, I was responsible for managing guest bookings, ensuring smooth check-ins and check-outs, and providing a welcoming, comfortable environment for visitors. My duties included maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of the property, coordinating with cleaning staff, and handling guest inquiries or concerns promptly.

I was responsible for ensuring the safety and security of residents, staff, and visitors by monitoring the premises, enforcing access control protocols, and responding to incidents and emergencies. I proactively patrolled the facility, identified and addressed safety hazards, and maintained a secure environment through conflict resolution and de-escalation techniques.

Additionally, | provided support to shelter staff, assisted with evacuations during emergencies, and maintained detailed logs and incident reports. My role required strong communication, vigilance, and the ability to remain calm under pressure, all while prioritizing the well-being of vulnerable individuals in a shelter setting.

As a Driver for a moving company, I was responsible for safely transporting furniture and household items to and from clients' locations, ensuring all items were properly secured and protected during transit. My duties included loading and unloading heavy items, navigating through city streets while adhering to traffic laws, and coordinating with the moving crew to ensure timely and efficient moves. I maintained a professional demeanor, providing excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and offering assistance during the moving process. Additionally, As lead mover I was in charge of greeting clients, going over moving process, directing team of movers and handling payments .
