  • Applying Power Integrity design techniques throughout all layout and design phases. Utilize power integrity simulation tools like Cadence sigrity to analyze current flow, voltage drop, and thermal simulations to identify heat distribution across components and board
  • Schematic Design: Creating and optimizing complex schematic diagrams for analog, digital, and mixed-signal circuits using advanced EDA tools such as OrCAD
  • PCB Layout & Design: Designing multilayer PCB layouts (14+ Layers, up to 50GHz) using Cadence Allegro with considerations for high-speed signal integrity, impedance control, thermal management, and efficient routing of power and ground planes
  • Preparing BOM, checking parts availability and find alternatives
  • Simulation & Modeling: Using simulation tools (e.g., LT spice, LT Power cad, Pspice, micro cap) to model and predict circuit behavior
  • Power Supply Design: Designing efficient DC-DC converters, low-dropout regulators (LDOs), and other power management circuits, ensuring reliable power distribution with minimal noise for high-speed designs.

  • Hardware Debugging & Testing: Diagnose functionality, performance, and signal integrity issues in multilane products such as Time Domain Reflectometers, Bit Error Rate Testers, Digital Sampling Oscilloscopes, and ATE systems, using testing tools like oscilloscopes, multimeters, logic analyzers, spectrum analyzers, and Vector Network Analyzers (VNA)
  • Conducted root cause analysis of hardware failures by reading schematics and hardware testing. create detailed rework lists for technicians to address and resolve identified issues.
  • Identify interfaces between different components or subsystems and understand how they communicate
  • Extensive knowledge in communication protocols (SPI, UART, I2C, Ethernet, etc...) and in electronics (FPGA's, Micro-Controllers, DDR, DC-DC regulators, PLL, DSP chip etc..)

Compliance Engineer
