Out of 1100 properties in 2009; I achieved both Regional Manager of the Year along with the entire Accor Brand- General Manager of the Year.

This was achieved by producing high financial results which exceeded financial budget projections while maintaining a high guest relations on-line survey score. I managed several properties throughout that year while traveling extensively through the Midwest to assist other struggling managers, helping them achieve better performance results financially. I still exceeding all goals that were set by my Director of Operations for my home base location in Bellefontaine Neighbors.
