OUTSTANDING DIRECTOR- Masterfully led a department of 110 permanent and temporarily assigned Sailors during the annual grounds keeping and maintenance cycle, supervising 4,000 man-hours of maintenance and upkeep of 2,500 buildings and structures dispersed over 8,100 acres of vast woodlands. while overseeing the purchase of and sustainment of 40,000 in grounds keeping equipment. His efforts saved the United States Navy over $100,000 in contractual labor costs and $30,000 in service and maintenance fees.

-EXCEPTIONAL MANAGER. Received personal appointment by the Commanding Officer to oversee and organize all aspects of the 2019 NAS Oceana Air Show, collaborating with Virginia Beach city officials and multiple vendors for a highly successful event that attracted over 214,000 attendees. Coordinated the efforts of 250 Sailors and Marines over a 3-day period in setting up and breaking down 800 tents, moving 90,000 gallons of potable water, and servicing 80 utility vehicles. Additionally, I monitored the presence of foreign object debris near or around the flight deck, ensuring the safety of over 300,000 spectators and guests in attendance during the 2019 Naval Air Station Ocean Air show.

- CONSUMATE PROFESSIONAL Developed and maintained a strong professional mentorship to facilitate growth in the Officer Wardroom and Civilian workforce. Proactively provided guidance to enhance personal and professional development of team members.

- Managed 7 Civilian supervisors with over 220 personnel in processing 570 evaluations, 422 awards, and 1,500+ pieces of correspondence while providing excellent customer service to 44 Tenant Commands located on the base.

- Procured over $500K in maintenance supplies for other commands to be used for base beautification projects.

- Managed an inventory of over $2M to include transportation vehicles, hazmat, and other high-valued items with zero discrepancies during audits, inspected incoming and outgoing shipments to include accurate packing, pallet sealing, and all quality assurance as per regulations.

Executing a COO function managing 13 personnel and over 700 subordinate command personnel while supporting 4 Department of Defense (DoD) entities, 3 Operational Control Centers, 2 overseas detachments, and 10 forward-deployed military crews during the daily execution of worldwide Integrated Undersea Surveillance System (IUSS) missions; enabled critical advancements in this vital national capability resulting in the timely reporting of critical acoustic data to combatant commanders; provided increased situational awareness and flexibility in protecting national assets.

-Coordinated with other US DoD organizations and foreign partners to further the IUSS mission; forged relationships between external units, both foreign and domestic, to promote more efficient operations.

- ·Implemented dramatic improvements to worldwide IUSS training, qualifications, lessons learned, and self-assessment processes that led to a 40% increase in submarine detection ability and reporting timeliness.

- Led a 15-person team in the development, implementation, and execution of the IUSS command certification program.

Completed 32 Type Commander mission critical IUSS certifications for two subordinate commands of 675 personnel, maintaining world-wide ASW fleet readiness.

Researched, developed, and implemented a comprehensive incident management program to effectively track and identify 650 Contact Line Item Numbers (CLIN) worth 1.5 million. Resulted in the establishment of ECH II Information System Security Managers (ISSM) for monitoring CLINS across multiple fleet visibilities.

- Directed 45 ECH II ISSM'S in tracking and mitigating over 10000 spillages across ONE - Net, IT21, Non-Enterprise Navy Networks, and NMCI which included over 600, 000 devices within the Department of Defense Information Network (DODIN). His efforts resulted in a decrease of security vulnerabilities by 85 percent.
