Leadership/Director:

  • Upgraded equipment needs for our facility - bringing in new cardio equipment.
  • Recruit and maintain a staff of 15+ Undergraduate Student Workers and 5 Graduate Assistants who serve as my "second in command."
  • Steering Committee member for Exercise is Medicine On Campus where we partner with students in order to create opportunities for our faculty, staff and students to take part in events that improve their health and wellness.
  • Steering Committee member for our annual 9/11 Memorial Stair Climb event where we have continuously improved our participation numbers from campus and community.

Coaching:

  • Sprints and Assistant Relays Coach for TMP Marian Track & Field. Where we sent 11 athletes to the KSHSAA 2A State Track Meet with 5 athletes competing and placing in multiple events. The women's team earned a 7th place finish overall.
  • CrossFit athletes and qualifier. Built an athlete's work capacity and skills to the level of qualifying for Quarterfinals 4 years in a row in the Master's Division (40-44 year old), and Semifinals twice. She is on track to qualify again next year.
