  • Managed a dynamic work center of over 50 personnel to include a 24/7 watch center
  • Ensured Navy leadership priorities were put in action, managed multiple alternating schedules to ensure proper manning of positions, and implemented & improved operational standards
  • Created the method used by the Navy to conduct Incident Response to include initial testing, in-depth documentation, and production use
  • Conducted in-depth static & dynamic malware analysis in a sandbox environment
  • Monitored an enterprise network covering over a million cloud-based and physical hosts, to include ships, in-country bases, and overseas bases
