Summary

I am a well spoken individual. In tern, benefits my understanding and communication with both co-workers and customers. My leadership skills have proven themselves considering my rolls at the start of my employment at SES to the roll i carry now.

My 10+ years experience has essentially groomed me for this roll. I have not only the knowledge of general framing but the people skills to benefit the customer and my crew.

I have worked on jobs from pole barns to custom multi million dollar homes. Dirt work, basic mechanics and customer relations have all been a necessity in every field. I have developed operating and troubleshooting skills as well as project management. I tend to provide tasks for my men and work ahead to ensure a productive day. I am easily approachable and persuasive. This allows good communication on a job site, intern lowering risk of mistakes and injuries.

My jobsites are clean organized and efficient. This strives from years of working for traditional blue collar men. Both in personality and in work methods.

I am currently employed with SES construction. We are a young company. I was forced to step up and be a leader. Tho i am only 28 years old. I carry strong values and yet higher standards.
