
I am a customer-focused professional with a successful 12-year career in the conveyor belting industry. In my time as an Account Manager, I have committed myself to giving each customer a positive one-on-one experience. To handling questions and concerns professionally and promptly, with my primary goal to ensure the customer returns to our company time and time again for sales and service.
I have shown a proven track record of enforcing best practices in fast-paced environments. Skilled in working under pressure and adapting to new situations and challenges to best enhance the organization. I work well as a team player, and I have shown myself capable of a leadership role as Belt Department supervisor.
I understand that it takes time and effort to be a successful Territory Manager. I am completely flexible on my schedule and travel requirements. Whether in my 10 years as a belt installer or my current role as first contact for belting emergencies and repairs, I have been On Call and available 24/7 for our customers for most of my time employed at Dunham Rubber/Belt Power.
I am looking forward to expanding my knowledge of products and procedures in the new role of Territory Manager. To further my career within the Belt Power family and gain additional skills to help better serve the customer.
