I am a member of a team that works to improve and/or maintain quality control and conditions within the production floor. My specialty is in quality control (Wafer flatness and scratch/stain reduction), data entry, VBA programming, and improving customer satisfaction.

• Prepared and developed production documents such as standard operating procedures (SWP), user awareness, flow charts, engineer test forms (ETF), temporary change notifications (TCN), etc.
• Created excel programs through VBA programming to automate manual processes, streamline efficiency, and reduce human errors.
• Trained and supervised production personnel to properly use production equipment and apply best practices.
• Inspected equipment and systems to identify issues, immediately reporting problems to repair technicians.

I conduct pad change operations that's required for the machines to polish silicon wafers. I'm expected to change 1-2 pads within 12 hours along with working with others to do small maintenance in order to keep production going.

I'm given a large list that's expected to be completed within a given time frame. I communicate with the Chief and cooks in order to prioritize the list at the start of every shift on top of the items that are expected to be completed before the restaurant opened.

I receive shipments, fill orders, complete inventory checks, item returns, fill prescriptions (non-medicine. Ace Bandages, catheters, etc.), communicate with the wards and clinics of the hospital, and vendors.
