
Looking to work from home
After a successful law-enforcement career, I worked at home in a call center maintaining records, making outbound calls to customers providing excellent customer service. This job entailed being on the phone most of the day working with customers on their finances, assisting them with their needs/alternatives to the foreclosure process Prior to my twenties, I worked for Orlando Regional Medical Center in Orlando, Florida. I was in charge of patient transport in the capacity from the hellipad to the emergency room. I learned a lot about the health industry while I was there. Also, while in law enforcement, I had numerous hours of training in first aid and medical attention being a first responder. At the current time, I am a general manager for a large company that is national resolving customer issues that benefit the customer as well as the company. Most of the day is spent with unhappy customers and other management duties. The team that I work with has been trained appropriately to make customers that come in unhappy, leave in a happy positive manner benefiting the company as well as the customer. I am sure that my background, training and skills will benefit your company in a positive light.
