• Perform routine vehicle maintenance, including oil changes, filter replacements, fluid checks, and lubrication services.
• Inspect and maintain tires, including tire rotations and air-pressure checks.
• Inspect brake components and identify potential maintenance and service needs.
• Conduct multi-point vehicle inspections to evaluate overall vehicle condition and identify service concerns.
• Check, top off, and maintain essential vehicle fluid levels.
• Perform basic maintenance and service procedures according to manufacturer and dealership standards.
• Complete additional automotive maintenance and service tasks as assigned by the Service Manager.

Perform mid-level mechanical repairs on brake system, suspension and automotive fluid maintenance.
• Collaborate with service advisors to explain diagnostics, repair recommendations, and timelines.
• Assist senior technicians with advanced diagnostics while mentoring entry-level technicians when needed.
• Perform pre-delivery inspections (PDI) and used vehicle inspections to ensure vehicles meet dealership quality
standards

Conduct visual inspections and routine maintenance services of tires, wheels, and related components and
communicate findings to customers and or supervisors
• Install, mount, and torque new tires and wheels accurately while ensuring proper fitment and vehicle safety
• Train and support new hires by demonstrating proper tire service procedures, safety practices, and customer
service standards
• Participate in hands-on, on-the-job training to continuously improve technical skills.
• Improved system efficiency by ensuring regular maintenance schedules for technical equipment thus reducing
wear and corrosion
