• Industrial Electrical installation, service, and maintenance. (110V/220V/ 277V/480V)
• -Use electrical schematics to diagnose and troubleshoot electrical breakdowns.
• -Install and Repair electrical equipment such as: sensors, switches, solenoids, transmitters, and other 24V control system components.
• -Install and Repair Electrical equipment such as: breakers, contactors, relays, I/O modules, transformers, motors, motor starters, soft starters, VFD's, SCR’s, current and voltage transducers, etc.
• -Identify and repair all components in electrical control cabinets and switch gear cabinets.
• -Take readings using electrical measuring devices to accurately diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electrical components.
• -Electrical control cabinet wiring and installation.
• -Able to read electrical schematics and circuit diagrams to safely and correctly wire control cabinets that conform with the NFPA 70 National Electrical Code
• -Determine correct equipment sizing and wire sizing by using mathematical calculations to conform with the NFPA 70 National Electrical Code.
• Robotics
• -ABB and Fanuc Robotics experience.
• -Program ABB and Fanuc Robots, modify and re-teach positions, make linear offsets, adjust/add timers, etc.
• -Download, upload, and recover backup data files on ABB and Fanuc Touch Pendants.
• -Preform complete mechanical PM and electrical PM on ABB Robots.
• -Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair, pneumatic and electrical problems on robots such as; sensor replacement and adjustment, air lines, pneumatic valves, I/O modules, communication cables, etc..
• PLC/Controls
• -Understands mechanical and electrical hardware and how they are integrated with the PLC software.
• -Understanding of ladder logic, structured text, sequential function charts, etc..
• -Knowledge of industrial control systems, sensors, automation, instrumentation, motion control, motor selection, drives, servo motors, encoders, etc..
• -Able to troubleshoot 24v electrical control systems.
• -Trouble shooting experience with Allen Bradley PLC programs in Logix 5000 and Siemens PLC programs in TIA Portal.
• Residential and Commercial Electrical (120/240V)
• -Installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems.
• -Knowledge and understanding of the 2020 NFPA 70 National Electrical Code.
• -Residential/Commercial electrical new construction, remodels, service, and maintenance.
• -Read and understand blueprints and technical drawings to complete electrical installations that comply with the 2020 NFPA 70 NEC.
• -Price and bid jobs such as: residential new construction, home remodels, kitchen remodels, bathroom remodels, detached garages/shops/buildings, and pools.
• -Install and repair switches, receptacles, smoke detectors, lighting equipment, appliances, disconnects, breakers, meter bases, service panels, and sub-panels.
• -Communications and Network installation using RG6 and Cat6 cable.
• -Run and bend conduit, 90’s, offsets, saddles, etc.
• -Residential pool installation and maintenance. Install and repair pool equipment such as: pumps, heaters, chlorinators, lighting transformers, etc..
