CALL EXPERIENCES:

  • Team Support Feeback: Call Regarding an Additional Insured update in Duck Creek. During this time the guidelines didn’t have any instructions how to update the AI and there wasn’t the edit option in DC at the time. Me being self-sufficient, I was able to figure out how to update the AI. After the call, I sent feedback to be reviewed for updating the AI within the Additional Insured guideline. Now we have the twisty for updating AI in the guideline.
  • Billing Understanding: Agent called requesting a refund due to a feeling there was a double payment. I informed the agent that one payment was for a pending cancel and the 2nd payment was for the current amount due. He insisted about the refund. I asked to place the agent on hold and wen thru the billing history. I informed the agent about the billing history and why there was no available refund due to the policy being behind and the payment was what was owed. The agent was understanding and wanted to inform the client
