Sold the initial company to Citizens Community Bank in 1999 and the bank ws sold to First National Bank during 2001. At that time I restarted Island Mortgage . The company provided mortgage broker services to clients in the COllier County area. The annual closings ranged from $150M to $225M per year. The company was profitable and received acceptable audits from the State of Florida.
My office was staffed with 1 operations manager, 2 processors, 1 closer and 2 loan officers. The staff was with me from the very start and most of them followed me to Wells Fargo.
