Responsible for the day-to-day operations of Security Team at the BOEING account, including hiring, training, disciplining, and terminating staff. Build, improve, and maintain relationships with clients and employees by developing and retaining staff, coordinating needed support services, and solving problems to effectively run the account.
1. Supervise the day to day security operations of BOEING site, and government contract and classified areas for protection, security and surveillance.
2. Manage a team of 100 plus security officers and shift supervisors, including hiring/selection, scheduling, payroll, training, coaching, development, and support.
3. Ensure the client site is provided with high quality security services to protect people and property.
4. Build, improve, and maintain effective relationships with both clients and employees.
5. Coordinate necessary support services to effectively manage client sites to meet or exceed financial and operational goals and provide quality customer service.
