• Enter detailed data entry weather forecasts, including temperature, wind, and precipitation, for clients such as the NYC Department of Transportation and the New York Mets, via Microsoft Word and Excel

Company overview: A wildfire monitoring company specializing in researching and treating thunderstorms over high-risk areas to prevent lightning-generated wildfires

Note: This assignment was for Summer '25 and Spring/Summer '26

• Performed daily thunderstorm and lightning forecasting Alberta, British Columbia and Idaho, utilizing weather websites such as Pivotal Weather and in-house weather prediction systems
• Created and presented morning weather briefings via Google Slides and Microsoft Teams for pilots and Skyward staff to inform them of the latest weather forecast for the day and the next three days
• Communicated with Skyward team members via Google Chat and Google Meet to plan for the day's flying duties
• Communicated with flight crews via WhatsApp and Skyward Communications Flight Systems (online chat client) while in flight, to direct them to regions where lightning was likely or imminent

• Analyzed and interpreted archived meteorological data for Project Eden - used for training AI weather models
• Used meteorological knowledge to locate key weather features based on analysis of weather maps, such as high and low pressure areas, fronts and baroclinic zones and submitted them for review/approval, who then submitted our analysis to AI weather modelers

Company overview: The largest casino-entertainment company in the United States

• Completed assigned gaming revenue audits for WSOP team (World Series of Poker), which included carefully and accurately entering data into corresponding fields within various software programs, including Microsoft Excel/Office
• Reviewed other gaming revenue audits, ensuring that appropriate information (mostly signatures) were completed, also that payout information was accurate

Company overview: U.S. healthcare staffing and technology company that primarily connects licensed healthcare professionals with temporary travel assignments

• Found & retrieved job posting information from VMS health websites such as AHSA and Healthtrust & performed data entry to add them to the Nomad admin database (basic SQL pull)
• Led weekly 'Pod breakouts' with team members to brainstorm & go over Victories, Challenges & Priorities for our particular pod, using Microsoft PowerPoint
• Communicated frequently via Slack app with management and other team members
