Oversaw 58 personnel throughout the completion of 18,195 maintenance actions as the Maintenance and Material Management (3M) Assistant, providing essential support to 58 Deck and Engineering Systems and subsystems.

· Administered a $550k logistical budget to forecast, order, track, and manage the receipt of critical equipment, engineering components, and consumable parts worth of $13M in the US Navy vessels. Ensured timely availability of essential resources contributing to mission success.

· Supervised a team of 25 personnel in the maintenance and preservation of 45 compartments and the ship’s hull ensuring the vessel’s operational readiness and seaworthiness.

· Served as Safety Officer throughout complex seamanship operations including towing, replenishment at sea, flight deck operations, Joint-Task Force amphibious enterprises, anchoring and mooring evolutions, small boat operations, crane operations, ship handling, and rigging and cargo handling.

· Played an active role in the management, repair, quality assurance, and certification of critical deck equipment such as cranes, davits, replenishment capabilities, and anchoring systems throughout a 12-month maintenance period.

· Trained, mentored, and qualified 8 safety officers and 142 personnel in Damage Control and Deck Department positions resulting in increased safety and operational readiness.

· Played an integral role as small boat operator and deckhand in supporting counter-terrorism initiatives in the Persian gulf and surrounding territories.

Enlisted men and women into the US Navy, and fulfilled a supply role

· As a recruiter, generated over twenty contracts for enlistment for applicants joining the navy.

· Oversaw the facilities management and vendors for over twenty-seven facilities as a supply specialist.

· Generated contracts with vendors dealing with procurement ensuring facilities are operationally ready and inspectable.

· Oversaw DTS and 120 government vehicles for recruiters in the command.

· Generated contracts with vendors and sites for Navy recruitment events.

· Ensured all vendors met contractual agreements for all 27 offices in the Philadelphia district

· Budgeted over $20 million in NTAG Philadelphia Supply Department with facilities, vehicles, maintenance, supplies, DTS, and events.
