I am a blue collar worker with calloused hands!! I have come to understand what it is to take care of the brothers to the right and left of you while serving our country. Being able to be there for your brother or sister in a time of need is what God put us here for. I am not a perfect man by any means. I wake up everyday and strive to do the best I can do. I have a family to take care of, and I will do that buy any means necessary. I work very well with others and love to lead from the front! The first person through the door and the last person out is the only way to make sure things are done correctly! I understand someone with a college degree may seem to be the person for the job. I honestly believe you cannot learn everything in a classroom. My experience in a leadership role not only in the military but at my last job as a lead hammer man. Prior to that I was a foreman for Buckeye Builders Construction Company Until the old fellow decided to retire. Knowing when to listen and knowing when to speak has allowed me to prosper and overcome challenges in the work force and in life! I am very grateful for the opportunity I've been given to be a lead safety rep for the UAW! I'm very passionate about keeping my brothers and sisters safe! I strive daily to make sure they go home to their families! As I have taken on the task of doing so. I have also taken on the task to learn a whole new job all in itself ! I passionately move forward with the ambition to learn and prosper next to my brothers and sisters !
