I love my job at MONO and would like to continue working there Tuesday-Thursdays as my day job but am looking for a new restaurant home to fill out my work life.
Most of my experience is as a Fine Dining Server, but I also have 5+ years of dedicated Bartending Experience, and as I stated somewhere above I have held essentially every position in a Restaurant, so I believe I am a perfect candidate for a restaurant Manager Position as well.
I really am searching for a new restaurant home.....so the specific position (Manager, Bartender, Server) is important,
but the overall feeling and vibe of the restaurant and people I'd be working with, to me, is more important.
