
Since 2013, I started my career in telecommunications as a customer service representative for Suddenlink Communications. My responsibilities were sales, billing, and issues related to their cable services. After 8 short months of being a customer service representative, I was given the opportunity to advance my telecommunications career by applying for a broadband technician position. There, I have advanced though 4 levels as a tech getting several certifications through The Society of Cable Telecommunications Engineers Certified (SCTE) and earning my Security Installer license. Optimum purchased Suddenlink back in 2017, and I was promoted to field supervisor in 2022. Results-driven Field Supervisor known for exceptional productivity and efficiency in task completion.
