Performing analysis, staff studies, problem resolution, consultation and administrative responsibilities in support of Army signal operations, providing support in the full integration of unit capabilities, supporting the Government with planning, execution and synchronization of unit efforts within the Brigade or Battalions Staff.

Command SOPs, and Command practices to support the missions of the 160th Signal Brigade or Battalions by being able to review, analyze and advise in the resolution of complex and difficult signal operations as part of a larger war-fighting operation.

· In-depth knowledge of Army Doctrine Publication (ADP) 3-0 and Tasking orders and how they relate to the overall mission.

· Ability to brief senior officers in formal and informal settings. Non-Commissioned Officer (NCO)/Officer Battalion, Brigade, Division staff experience a plus.

· Knowledge of ADP 5-0, the Military Decision-Making Process (MDMP), and staff estimates. Know how to work as part of a military planning staff.

• Analyzes/tracks property, determines proper accountability and provides visibility of property by unit and type.
• Analyzes data and perform causative research.
• Validates and processes all inventory adjustment documentation.
• Performed data entry and verification of monthly cyclic and sensitive inventories.
• Manages reports for APS-2 supply in adjustments to configurations in GCSS-A.
• Ships equipment from an active retrograde plan into a transit plan upon receipt of the authorized signed/stamped (DD Form 1348)
• Acts as the primary communication link, integrates/manages sensitive data and reports.
• Processes all receiving, shipping, and equipment issue documentation.
• Coordinate with appropriate personnel to ensure property/equipment is in the proper state of accountability as determined by the Government for re-issue to the gaining unit or other entity as required.

Lead Pm for access switch turnover and ensure 500 switches were exchanged for new equipment with 30 facility managers involved with a value of 8 million dollars.

Advanced Troubleshooting and problem resolution skills to include:

Diagnosed and resolved complex technical issues for centcom soldiers and personnel.

Provided tier 2 support for hardware, software and applications, software patches and service releases.

Managed Projects involving the installation of Cisco switches, cat 5, and Fiber optica cables , servers, racks throught the middle east.

Developed project plans, interpret specifications, order materials and equipment, schedule labor, and coordinate site operations.
