Twenty-Three (23) years of experience in customer service and conflict resolution with a proven ability to speak to the value of products by demonstrating their relevance for future customers. As a law enforcement professional, search and rescue coordinator, and security director, these professions have afforded opportunities to gain a deep understanding of unique challenges and requirements of these fields, such as the importance of customer service. Whether the task at hand has been to assist citizens, network with a multitude of differing agencies or deliver operational excellence, customer satisfaction remains the highest priority. Additionally, the experience gained by managing teams of up to 25 people, handling sensitive information and improving operations and functions has provided the ability to effectively manage crises in fast-paced environments. Moreover, by being able to prioritize deadlines, customers' needs and organizations' strategies while also maintaining a detail-oriented, decisive and hardworking approach in both team and individual environments has proven to be a crucial skill to possess. As someone who is motivated to transition from government service to the corporate sector, the skills and experience necessary to be successful would be a welcomed challenge.
