corrugated inserts & boxes, etc. per customer requirements using Artios 16 design software. Files created for customer approval, graphic applications, and cutting die production.

Operation of Kongsberg XE CAD table for sample creation, concept verification, and small quantity printed carton production.

Interaction with customers, sales staff, and CSRs to fulfill job requirements and revise concepts.

Substrates used most are .012pt. thru .028pt. folding boards (SBS, CCNB, Kraft, etc,) and B,C, & E Flute corrugated.

Design Layout files using CadOpia 8 and Cimex 14 design software commanding Gerber M 600 Laser and Young Wha Multi Bend 240-B & 900-B rule benders, producing steel rule cutting dies, stripping units, and waterjet cut ejection rubber.

Machine operation when needed.

Design Layout files with Cimex 14 commanding LMI 2000 watt Laser, Vector Tech Digitizer, Mimaki CF2 CAD table, and Young Wha 900-B rule bender for the production of steel rule cutting dies, stripping units, steel plates and mylar prints. Machine operation when needed.
